If you are looking for Something that is the Best Price that you will find in an RV that will make a Great Place To Call Home. This size with this accommodation is hard to find, this size at this price, is nearly impossible.

It has some work to be done but a Good, live in Home in the meantime. For the right person: Someone who has a place to park it. Someone, who needs a home that is easily afford, a place that will be theirs free and clear (No money Owed). Most importantly, someone who has the means and a place to tow it to. Note: If you do not have the ability to tow it and a place to tow it to. Do Not Respond. Motor runs good, but will not drive until the fuel pump in the tank is replaced. So, Yes, It does run but work will not be allowed on the property and it will not run until the pump is replaced.
I started it on an auxiliary pump that I connected directly to the Fuel inlet on the fuel rail.

This is a hard to find Size with One of the Best Engines (460 Fuel Injected Ford Motor) It has a Great Layout. Front Bed, Living room Sofa/Bed, Breakfast Table/Bed and a Private Rear Bedroom as well. It's Not too Big, Not Too small, but just the right size and has All of the right Accommodations of the big rigs.

Here are the Specifics of this one. It is a comfortable place to stay. You can fix it as you live in it and have a home all the while. It has sat for along time and the gas went bad in the tank, which means the pump in the tank went bad from the bad gas, It needs a new fuel pump. The tank: These are one of the easiest tanks to lower for fuel pump access, because it’s on a smaller RV, meaning that it doesn’t use as much fuel as the bigger rigs so the tank is smaller and easy to access.
I fired it up by using an auxiliary pump just a couple of days ago, motor runs good, drove it about 5 miles. The auxiliary fuel pump is mine, it does not go with the RV. I just wanted to be sure that it fired up and ran. It does, you will need to tow it. It has to be off of the property and can't be worked on in the parked area of the driveway.

The RV needs cleaning, Carpet Needs Cleaning, Upholstery is very nice throughout. Driver Passenger Seats, Sofa, Breakfast Table Seats. Has full length Mirrored Closets, 1 Rear Mirror door needs to be put back on its rail. It has 2 Roof Vents, they need roof vent lids ($17 each), the lids are plastic so they get cracked from the sun. Easy Fix. Needs the rear ladder straightened out at the top so that it is safe to use. With just a little TLC and that special touch and a place to keep it, Somebody has a Nice Place of Their Own.

It may not be showroom, but it's the Best that you are going to find for this price. You won't find another like it for this price or anywhere close, there is only one and this is it. Just one person is going to fortunate enough to get it.

It would be good Extra mini home extension accommodation for visiting company or additional family to live in, especially, since it is fully contained: Kitchen, Living Room, Bathroom, Bedroom, Patio Awning. Once you replace the fuel pump, you can easily move and park wherever else you might need it on your property.

Needs a couple of inexpensive window mini blinds, easy fix as well.

Try and find another like it for this low of a price. It is smaller so it won’t be that much to tow as the big ones.
