Professional Experience
Katie is Board Certified in Hearing Instrument Sciences and has been licensed as a Hearing Aid Specialist by the Florida Licensing Board within the Florida Department of Health. In addition, Katie has been through extensive training with Miracle-Ear and has received her Miracle-Ear Professional Certification.
Katie has also been trained in Live Speech Mapping, Real Ear Measurement, deep canal impressions, and is proficient with all Audiometric equipment to service your needs. Katie is dedicated to providing her patients with excellent care. Her dedication has been recognized with the Customer Service Award.
Katie is originally from Lincoln, Nebraska and moved to Florida to be closer to family.

Luckily, our 3-year warranty²covers most hearing aid repairs. Repairs may be needed if troubleshooting your device hasn’t worked or your hearing aid has been physically damaged. The issue could be caused by one of a few things, including the internal tubing, microphone or case.

At Miracle-Ear, we know that if we, together, take care of your hearing aid, it will take care of you. It's essential that your device functions properly and allows you to live life to the fullest. That's why we offer free lifetime service and hearing aid aftercare*. This includes clean and checks, adjustments, repairs and annual hearing tests.

Our custom-fit hearing aids are molded to fit each person’s unique ear shape. Your hearing instrument specialist will take a mold of your ear while you're in the office. This is quick and painless! It will then get sent to the manufacturer, where your hearing aid will be created just for you. Custom-fit hearing aids are extremely comfortable, discreet and provide very natural sound quality.
Foundation
The Miracle-Ear Foundation provides hearing health care to children and adults with limited income and no other resources for hearing aids. We're proud that our hearing center participates in this amazing program, providing free hearing aids to those in need and continuing to support them through their hearing journey.
