My husband and I went here for our first anniversary and had a couples massage with Amanda and Markeesha. This was our first professional massage experience and it was truly the best!! We were able to choose essential oils to our liking and the environment was very very relaxing! We both left feeling extremely relaxed and have plans to return as soon as we can (hopefully with our fave massage therapists)!

My husband and I did a couples massage session for our anniversary with a Groupon. The hour long massage only lasted 45 minutes, as many people have mentioned. The whole experience was a bit underwhelming- the Groupon had stated fireplace and a complimentary beverage… turned out to be a fake fireplace on the wall the size a computer monitor and a 1/2 size bottle of water… gave us a laugh. Literally not at all what we pictured. However, both massages were good and the staff was nice.

Critical:QualityI booked this place for my wife and I for our anniversary and the experience was very underwhelming. It was our first time using this massage parlor and will also be our last. I booked two back to back 1 hour sessions. My wife went first and hers lasted 45 minutes at best. When I asked the receptionist why she told me she didn’t know and she would have to ask the therapist(which she never did). My wife let me know that is was the worst massage she’s ever gotten and was in more pain when she left than when she came in. Next up was me and my massage also did not last the full 60 minutes (it was about 45 minutes as well). She asked me where my trouble spots were and proceeded to massage everywhere but there. The therapist (Cynthia) did not seem very enthusiastic and was very rough. She cause more pain than relaxation. I also tipped her before receiving my service or hearing about my wife’s experience and I wish I didn’t as she did not earn any of it.Very poor and if I could rate this negative stars I would. I feel like they owe me money for the shortened sessions and the lack luster massage. I would not refer anyone here.I booked this place for my wife and I for our anniversary and the experience was very underwhelming. Positive:Professionalism,QualityHANDS DOWN BEST MASSAGE IVE EVER GOT!!! Great Massuses!!!!!!! Very professional and listen to what you want. My whole upper half was sooooo tight and Stephen did an excellent job getting all my knots out! The therapists all do an excellent job of recommending stretches/other little things to do to keep your body in the best shape. Their tips help so much. They have a great membership program too where you pay $25 a month to get very cheap prices on massages. With the membership my 60min massage was only $54!!!!!!!!! And unlimited free sauna, definitely recommend this place!HANDS DOWN BEST MASSAGE IVE EVER GOT!!! Great Massuses!!!!!!! Very professional and listen to what you want. Critical:QualityWe booked this massage for our wedding anniversary. Appointment was at 4:30 but the massage therapist didn’t come in until 4:47 and we didn’t start the massage until almost 4:50. She did go about 6 minutes longer at the end but I feel like it was only because we brought it up to them. The massage was ok, but it was my fault for not requesting a deep tissue therapist. My wife experience, however, was much worse. After spending so much time asking what her areas of concerns were, went on to doing the opposite. She was specifically asked to not be massage at the lower half of her body yet she continued to go down there, three more times because it felt “unbalanced” to the massage therapist. We’ve been here once before and it was one of the best massage we had. This time, it’s the opposite and will not be coming back.We booked this massage for our wedding anniversary. The people there were very nice. Especially the receptionist. I felt their services were only average. Although I had asked for a deep tissue massage, it did not meet my expectations. I purchased a package that included an hour massage and 30 mins in their infrared sauna. Ultimately I had to ask for my sauna so it felt like I was being gypped. I was told that they were about to close and that I’d have to reschedule. I probably would’ve liked to know there wasn’t going enough time for the sauna and the massage. That would have made me schedule my appointment sooner. Patially my fault, I probably should have checked their hours too. Overall, I think there are other massage places I’d like to try before coming back here. Thank you for being very nice to me.

Website is misleading and contains inaccurate info, hours and services are not up to date apparently. Person I spoke with did not seem friendly when answering, provided very short responses. Overall off-putting for what should be a therapeutic experience.

I have mixed feelings about this place. The float wasn’t my or my boyfriends favorite experience, but we gave it a try. I was a little weirded out by the dark brown color the water was and the awful smell (but I guess that’s normal?)The place could definitely have some updated remodeling and cleaning done, for sure. Everything smelt old and musky from the minute you walked in. The sauna and the massage part of our appointment were absolutely phenomenal. Cynthia (our massage therapist) took her time and we both felt so relaxed and rejuvenated afterwards. I probably wouldn’t go back here for the epsom salt float experience, but everything else was very enjoyable. Staff were very attentive and friendly, hence the 3 stars.

Critical:QualityWell there were a few things here… this tank totally defeated the purpose of sensory deprivation. The water was hot tub hot (definitely not body temp.) AND the air temperature was the same inside the room as it was in the rest of the building (again- definitely not body temp.) I attempted to relax but could not as I was overly hot on the parts of my body inside the water and was cold on the parts outside of the water. I could only stand it for about 20 minutes. Upon getting out- I pulled a long blonde hair from my body and almost threw up! The water clearly hadn’t been changed out or even at the bare minimum-filtered between customers. When I got to the front desk- I explained my frustration and gave feedback (the girl was a sweetheart and she explained that she was new and was very apologetic for my bad experience and waived the $2 fee that I needed to pay which was great) however, I would have hoped that she would have offered a full refund due to the level of bad experience. Needless to say- I will definitely not be returning.Well there were a few things here… this tank totally defeated the purpose of sensory deprivation.
